Exercise: Write your About Page copy wherever you feel comfortable writing it. It can be in a Google or Word doc, on a bar napkin… whatever! Just get started! No need to share your whole life story here… just your “why,” a little bit of history, then the focus should be on why you’re uniquely qualified to help the customer.
