Exercise: Write your own 1-sentence answers for your company’s Big Picture, Who, What, Why, How and When.


1) Big Picture (What do you sell and who do you help?)

2) Who? (Target your customer who has a problem and needs your help.)

3) What? (What is the solution you offer?)

4) Why (Why should they choose your company?)

5) How? (What’s your process to provide the products or services?)

6) When? (What are the next steps the customer should take?)
